Overall, how would you describe your experience at Aldi?
Entrusted with amazing levels of responsibility very early on, receive lots of feedback, big focus on development, interact with lots of different types of people, hard-work but rewarding

People management, hiring and training, driving KPI performance, driving store standards, running a business

You are given lots of responsibility straight away, become the direct leader to experienced retail professionals and the personnel leader to over 100 colleagues. You can have a direct impact on people's lives and careers through hiring, development and leading a positive workplace culture
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Pay is great for first few years but does max out eventually, expected to work 40% of weekends and a closing shift per week. During store time (first year), you are expected to work shift patterns. Expected to have work phone on in the night.
