I work on reception and housekeeping. During my apprenticeship, I am learning about reception in more depth.

I’ve definitely learnt new skills while on reception and develop my existing knowledge of customer service.

My program is very organised as similar topics are grouped together and the structure is easy to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I don’t really receive much support from my employer, but, I’m finding the Apprenticeship manageable so don’t need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There are lots of ways to get help on the website and my learning coach is always available
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification definitely helps me perform better in my role as I have a larger understanding of the business and how I can improve it
