here are three main priorities for Talent & Opportunities, with the Talent & Opportunities Lead working with the team to develop a fully considered and workable plan for each:
1) To curate (and create) student and graduate opportunities
Supporting student and graduates to navigate their way through the range of opportunity that exists for them. The Career Studio and our Career Coaches should be seen as integral to this process.
2) To work with graduate opportunity seekers
Graduates who are under- or un-employed or looking for new opportunity can receive targeted and more personalised support to help them find the right role for them.
3) Graduate community building and transitional support
Identifying graduates who have secured success outcomes and starting to build a Liverpool graduate community – with an offer of training, development and other resources that support for them as they adapt to what might be their first professional environment.
