Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
The grad scheme was a great experience apart from a few hiccups along the way. The scheme is very flexible as you are in control of what you want it to be.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed being treated as a normal employee and being given responsibility for stuff pretty much straight away. I also loved the opportunity to move around the business and try out different roles during my placements.

Initially was placed in a team that I didn't enjoy but was a role that suited my knowledge and aspirations was quickly sorted out for me by my line manager.
