Sustainability Office:
Leading and working on social impact projects to support JLR's Engage for Good initiative and, later, working on the cultural transformation of the business.
Jaguar TCS Racing:
Creating communications & PR content and supporting at races.
Range Rover Strategy:
Working on a new strategic direction for the Range Rover brand and elevating its existing offerings.

Why?
The pay is fantastic, the company is great and the people are amazing.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

When applying for a scheme you have no idea what job you will get and in what area. Originally I hoped to be working on reducing CO2 emissions but, ultimately, I am glad to be where I am. Recruitment is done externally so you have no idea what you'll be doing until you start.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to JLR?
Be very specific in what you're looking to do and the skills you wish to develop.
