Overall, how would you describe your experience at Costain?
Great team to work for, everyone is really supportive and eager to help
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I support delivering our framework contract through helping where I can. I have been exposed to a number of key areas in our business such as supporting development of our directorate strategies, creation of a supply chain centre and much more. So far one of my favourite experiences was doing a rotation around each department in our framework to gain a general understanding of each department and how they interlink.
