I had different tasks to complete - sometimes it involved research, finding contacts, creating new learning reosurces , creating surveys or finding evidence base.

yes, I had a lot of responsibility in completing all the tasks i was given

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

yes, i learnt how to create surveys and new learning resources which are tailored and accessible to a wide audience. I learnt Confidence in resource creation – realising you can design professional, purposeful activities.
Reflection skills – thinking about what worked well in your activity design and what you would change. How to identify best practices in educational design.
How to summarise and synthesise information into practical recommendations.
How to apply Referencing
How to translate theory into actionable strategies for real projects.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received a lot of support throughout. If i needed support i could email anytime and gain a response but every week I also had Teams meetings with my employers to discuss how I am getting on and what I need support in.
