Delivered one-to-one career guidance sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students, adapting communication style to support individuals from a wide range of cultural, academic, and emotional backgrounds. Built rapport and trust with students by creating an open, non-judgmental environment that encouraged self-reflection, goal setting, and emotional resilience during moments of uncertainty. Provided tailored, detailed feedback on CVs and cover letters, significantly improving the quality of student applications and increasing their confidence during the job search and interview process.
