It has been excellent in terms of training and opportunities to take on projects and showcase my leadership and delivery for business needs

That it's different everyday and very problem solving heavy. I like that I can work on placements in different areas and develop my knowledge of the business.

Why?
It is a great place to work with a good salary and benefits package and small things like cheaper coffee and subsidised food allows me to not worry about buying food and I can focus on my work thoroughly.
The business itself has various areas which you can delve into and there is a lot of cross functional collaboration
