There is a lot to learn despite previous undergraduate experience. The business invest a lot of time and care into your learning and allow you flexibility to take your grad scheme in the direction you want and are able to.

Strategy and Industrialisation Buyer: Managing stakeholder relationships, representing the business and team in professional forums, overviewing delivery schedules, researching and applying strategy, negotiation.
