Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Very good, supported throughout and lots of learning and development time.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Opportunities to rotate throughout the commercial business exploring four different teams across two offices. Primarily supplier and product management roles, managing day to day workstreams and supporting business case development

Why?
Huge amounts of experience offered, large company so lots of opportunity to explore the different areas of business. Responsibility given from an early stage.

You apply for a generic business role and in such a large organisation there is often roles to do that aren't publicised well.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to JLR?
Research the company, there plans for the future (especially sustainability) and what they have been in the news recently for.
