Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
OK, not too bad. Could have been more tailored, but then that sacrifices freedom. Overall love the freedom to move around and try new things but that sometimes comes with the fact that it becomes hard to delve deep technically into a specific area.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I absolutely love designing and researching Machine learning models to solve a particular use case in the case of Autonomous and Assisted Driving

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It has a very friendly and open atmosphere. The company respects everone's views during project and encourage disruptive thinking.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
4/5
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to JLR?
Have to pull your weight own your own. Do not expect anybody to help you full time. As for advice when possible, but keep the dumb and basic questions to yourself and try to figure them out own your own as that is where most of the learning and [personal development is. I would also highly encourage going to office regularly
