Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Great graduate scheme. I feel well looked after. Great range of different roles, with flexibility for lateral movement.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotations across data science, data engineering, data analytics. Technologies used include Tableau, Python, GitLab, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt. Leveraging customer data to provide actionable insights and building data products to generate sales and enhance the customer experience.

Why?
Some good sustainability initiatives. Good opportunity for volunteering including 2 volunteering day. Organisational focus on corporate responsibility, ethics, governance. Corporate responsibility up to the highest level in terms of shaping the culture, providing steady employment and boosting the prosperity of the midlands. Leading the move to electrification in the premium/luxury segment. Despite these facts, cars are obviously fundamentally not environmentally friendly, which goes against the business' rating.
