Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
I have loved it, the company is brilliant and despite some more structure needed around the grad scheme- this has been the best entry to work I could ask for.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
HR Consulting in various roles, mostly policy and process advisory- as well as a Projects and Operations placement which allowed me to explore and engage with lots of areas within the business. In this second placement my focus was on business strategy from a People perspective and delivering on major People-related projects. I feel I have responsibility and impact.

My initial placement had a steep learning curve, but once reached was minimal in it's learning. This placement lasted a few months too long. However very pleased with my second placement where the learning is always there- if you are proactive about finding it.

It is cliché but I would encourage you to 'be yourself' as authenticity is looked at kindly in the company. Also, do your research.
