Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Amazing!
Good support from Early Careers, clear room for growth and fantastic opportunities within the company.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
There are 4 different placements that takes place over the two years. So the best part for me is the wide selection of experience you get. From project management to website authoring and everything in between.

JLR Commercial Digital Graduate Scheme works on placements therefore a wide array of the business is shown so you can work out what areas you enjoy and which you don't.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Always developing new skills outside of the role whether that be with Ashorne Hill (a year long program, in your first year), where you learn all about yourself and how to work within a team, dealing with conflicts and how to be a good leader, being two of the highlights. In the second year you get to work on a project within teams where you get to innovate and present to fellow peers.

Get buddied up with someone in your first year who is in their second year therefore you have a point of contact who has 'been there done that' to help guide you through.
There is also loads of support from early careers both centrally and commercially.
