Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Really good, grad scheme is ran really well and structured well!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I was in an engineering based role initially, where it was really great to work on future products.
I now work in a programme management role, and it is really cool working on building a new vehicle.

I feel that overall the team work really hard on giving me exposure to the business and letting me have opportunities to develop and work on exciting things.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The only benefit is a discount scheme on shops and cars. But can't afford to shop or buy a new car.

I feel that sometimes I was overwhelmed by the amount of support. Also sometimes there was conflicting messages between HR, Line Managers etc.
