Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Overall, my experience at JLR has been excellent. The graduate programme is well-structured, with strong support from the Early Careers team and dedicated mentors. It’s a great environment to grow both technically and personally, with plenty of opportunities to develop soft skills alongside engineering expertise.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
In my role, I’ve worked as both a data analyst and a machine learning research engineer—two areas that perfectly align with my passion for data. I’ve enjoyed exploring business problems through Tableau dashboards and contributing to cutting-edge research in the LLM space, including agentic workflows. These responsibilities have offered a great balance between practical impact and technical innovation.
