Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
The people are all lovely and the environment is very welcoming. The job itself is appropriate for my level of experience and I have been given lots of opportunities through it.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Being around the cars and seeing the vehicles we make in action

2 - The pay is fine but it is not included in the trade union and therefore does not go up with inflation. It's no where near where it should be compared to 10 years ago but this applies for pretty much every grad job outside of London atm

They use outside recruitment so bare in mind that the interviewers may only have limited understanding of the business
