Software Graduate Review

So far, I have had such a great experience within JLR. I have learned and developed so much as an individual.

Being on the graduate scheme allows me to rotate around the business and try out different areas. This allowed me to improve my coding skills as I had to work on different project with different requirements, my presentation as well as my management, problem solving and communication skills. I really enjoy working with such great people—their positivity makes each day enjoyable and motivates me to approach every task with care and a desire to deliver it well.

In each of the teams I've worked with so far, I've had multiple opportunities to take ownership of tasks and deliver them successfully, contributing meaningful value to the company.

I think as a graduate you don't get as many perks as a usual employee. The smart spending scheme, Invest in you and Aviva Digicar+ platforms are the most valuable.

I think this graduate scheme is preparing me for my future career as it allows me to expand my knowledge in so many different domains. From coding to programme/people/supplier management.

I believe JLR is a fantastic place to work. During my time here, I've learned a great deal—not just in terms of technical skills, but also about how the business operates across different areas. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to explore various parts of the company and gain exposure to diverse teams and projects. Most of the people I've met have been incredibly helpful and supportive, which has made my experience even more rewarding. The collaborative environment and the willingness of others to share knowledge have played a big role in my development.
