What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Verification and validation for functional charging creating and executing test plans making sure the cars adhere to the requirements which provide the customer with an experience of modern luxury. (Second placement)
Linked requirements from system level down to sub-system for Vehicle Lifecycle Management team and written documentation for the software files through doxygen and automated configuration generation changes through python on the base C files. (Third placement)
Research on battery future technology and its impact on carbon net zero for JLR by 2039, reviewing the options specifically looking into semi solid state batteries and the competitors and doing a presentation to stakeholders. (Optional experience placement)
Giving input on decisions that stakeholders ask was one of the most enjoyable as the impact it has on the cars.
