To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
5/5
Working as a graduate at Jaguar Land Rover has been an incredibly rewarding experience. My role gives me plenty of opportunities to contribute meaningfully, especially in areas that align with cutting-edge automotive innovation and system integration. From day one, I’ve felt like a valued member of the team — not just someone observing from the sidelines, but someone whose input is genuinely welcomed and acted upon.
The collaborative culture here is outstanding. Whether it's brainstorming solutions, working on integration challenges, or supporting cross-functional teams, I’m consistently encouraged to share ideas and take initiative. My colleagues and mentors are incredibly supportive, and they make a real effort to recognize contributions, no matter how big or small.
It’s empowering to know that the work I do plays a part in shaping the future of mobility. Being trusted with responsibilities and seeing the impact of my efforts — even as a graduate — makes me feel both appreciated and motivated to grow further.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?
5/5
the flexible working hours is the best part about this job. they accommodate for my medical needs and are very mindful. there is also a lot of discounts that i am entitled for for many stores such as furniture, technology, bills etc. there was a free zeelo coach service which was very useful. i got to work on a work coach for free and it came at multiple times so i didnt even need a car.
