Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Samsung Electronics?
Samsung grants graduates with a lot of responsibility to ensure they gain the right skills that can help them in the future. Although a lot is expected of them, this helps to create strong soft and hard skills. One working day is never the same as another and the variety allows for progression and teamwork with a range of colleagues.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Opportunity to take full responsibility of certain projects and tasks. Managing projects from initial conception all the way through to completion was something that I found particularly rewarding. Additionally having the opportunity to work for a variety of different teams due to the rotations and with a wide range of stakeholders was particularly enjoyable.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Lots of responsibility is given to graduates, managers are encouraging and strive to promote graduate development where possible.

Strong experience gained across a variety of departments due to rotational nature of the role. HR also organise dedicated graduate training days to help upskill cohorts.
