The role is within Finance Control. It is in a busy environment, but well organised and managed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship programme was absolutely awesome. I learned a lot and I met and worked with great people!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very well organised and structured, but it takes a little bit of time to get to know what is needed and how things are planned. It is worth connecting with someone who has already done it so they can give you advise and support when needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I must admit, it was difficult as I was already an existing employee. And so my employer was expecting the same level of work while the apprenticeship program was seriously taking a lot of my time and concentration with extra projects, meetings and assignments. I think that having the right conversations and make sure that you over-plan and communicate is crucial.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Why?
I think that the salary levels are too low.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Equiniti?
It is a good starting point and a lot of colleagues have told me that the remote work is a great option for them, but I find it difficult to progress my career the way I would like. I guess it depends on expectations.
