Administration for a financial services company, which involves processing information onto various systems and general admin duties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship gives me plenty to think about, and the opportunity to expand my knowledge on how the business operates and my place within it.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to use different programs and how they communicate with each other in order to process transactions. Another new skill acquired is bank reconciliations and I have enhanced my Excel skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The sessions are well planned, and I'm able to record my progress online. The worksheets and other resources provided are very useful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employers are very supportive of my efforts; I often discuss my work with my line manager and receive useful feedback.

It allows me to think differently about my job, and gives me insight into how businesses operate. With this knowledge, I gain a better understanding of what my role within the organisation is.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have many groups for networking, but there's not many sports teams. The only social events around are usually around Christmas or the summer.
