Currently running reports, following a restructure, supporting task planners in dealing with their clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is ok. The learning itself is very weak and tends mostly to be read from slides. Whilst coaching is better it is quite limited and not as effective as coaching I have seen provided by other Apprenticeship schemes. Very little is provided on a one-to-one basis which is not the impression I was given in respect of coaching.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is fairly well organised although as I said the tutoring is weak following slides and not always spending much time covering topics.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Until we restructured this was excellent but since restructure it has been non-existent.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Moderate. My coach is very nice but again it is mostly group sessions with the coach mostly talking and limited listening which is really the opposite of what coaching should look like

Would you recommend Equiniti to a friend?
No
Why?
The CEO in a recent presentation downplayed the action Trump is taking against Diversity, Equality and Inclusion and then he and the chief people office joked about not being called woke. It made me feel less safe. Plus the last 2 pay increases were very poor - well below inflation - with excuses made to justify this which were not fair reasons. I no longer trust the employer to treat people fairly.
