Doing AI in industrial operations. Having the freedom to innovate and experiment to find solutions.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel like within my team we can contribute meaningfully but lots of things we do never see the light of day in the wider business.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?

I feel fully supported, there are many people to talk to.
How is your work-life balance?
4/5
I like the flexibly of hybrid working but sometimes we need to work hard if deadlines are coming quick.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?
3/5
The culture seems traditional or a bit outdated and working in innovation it can be hard to get some ideas out of our team and to the wider company.
How would you rate JLR initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
5/5
They are very inclusive and good for DE&I. Lots of networks for people to join and find support.

3/5
I'm not familiar with these

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It's a good company with good benefits and you feel valued as an induvial. However it is a large company so there can be some bureaucracy so if your looking for a start-up, fast paced vibe it's not the place.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
4/5
The job advert didn't fully list the responsibilities of my specific role.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to JLR?
Look at the values of JLR and their Reimagine strategy, think about how you can contribute to it.
