Amazing amounts of support from NWG colleagues, I couldnt have asked for a better group of people to learn and grow from.

Lots og support during catch-ups and the ability to stay in constant communication via email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification takes you through the necessary learning to be competent and effective at the job role while still allowing research into new and interesting topics and a range of L&D jobs.

NWG has a huge range of extracurricular activities such as clubs, volunteering, as well as support groups for colleagues.

NWG has been an incredible place to work and develop over the past few years. It has taught me invaluable skills that I will hold for my entire professional career. Being surrounded by pleasant and professional people who are always happy to help has made my time in my apprenticeship worthwhile and rewarding.
