Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Extremely positive, the freedom to work how works best for you whilst being supported by managers/peers/your team is amazing.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Being able to explore different areas of the business on the graduate scheme, setting your own placements means you can grow the way you want to.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

It can vary a little by team but overall I always felt like I'm put into projects where the manager listened to my interests and gave me an opportunity to have responsibility for a meaningful project.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I think the pay is excellent for a graduate job. The perks other than salary that are offered could be a little better, but you do get access to discounts on a wide range of products/services.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I learn a lot every day, and the skills and knowledge I am gaining I definitely see myself using in future roles

Both from managers in my placements and from the Early Careers network. Mentors have been a definite help throughout my time.
How is your work-life balance?

Most teams are very flexible and able to work around you a little. There are opportunities to work from home as well as have some flexibility with daily hours. This enables me to work around my personal commitments and start/finish at suitable times to get my work hours done but also make it to my other commitments.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

As mentioned there are opportunities for hybrid working which is great. Everyone I met at the company were very welcoming and friendly.

There are lots of opportunities for volunteering and allowing you to support causes that mean a lot to you through exhibitions or showcases.
