Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Great experience working in a large engineering company, lots of opportunities to try different departments and move around the business
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I really enjoyed the CAD and simulation aspects of my role, there is lots to learn in the softwares and you quickly realise how high the skill cap is
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Initially you can end up with "grad jobs" until you've proven yourself capable, but even these jobs have impact they just might not have the same time pressures
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The graduate scheme gets a flat bonus, although you contribute heavily to the company you are excluded from the wider company performance based bonus scheme. Benefits are good, you just have to do some exploring to find them.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?
