Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Refreshing. I appreciate how as part of the graduate scheme, we have the opportunity to move around to different teams for 3 - 6 month placements. This gives us the chance to learn various new skills and find out what kind of work we most enjoy doing.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities of my role so far have been adapting to the environments of every new team I join, and working on projects that I'm given when part of the team. The element of the role that I enjoy the most is forming good working relationships with people in each team I join, and with others on the grad scheme.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend JLR to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend JLR to a friend because there's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the office. Also there are a lot of opportunities to learn a variety of skills and make friends with other people on the early careers schemes.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
5/5
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to JLR?
I would say confidence and enthusiasm is the key thing to have during interviews. It's also a good idea to show that you enjoy talking to people because making an effort to be outgoing is the way to form connections with people and get the best out of the whole experience.
