Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
I had a positive experience at JLR. The early careers scheme is well organised, we have opportunities to gain experience in other areas such as manufacturing, optional experience weeks, placements ect.
Best bits: I have travelled with work within my first year, copious developmental opportunities and friendly and supportive colleagues.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The chance to lead on my own improvement project, research, organising and holding events, creating advertisement material for initiatives within the business, analysing data.

I have had regularly check ins with my team/manager in which we discuss the skills and opportunities I would like and making that happen
