Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
The experience in JLR has been fantastic there are a lot of opportunities, the culture is great and everyone is willing to help
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The ability to do any rotations in any function of the business is an opportunity I love, as graduates it is difficult to know what we actually love and good at doing.
I love having ownership of the project, seeing them from start to finish gives me a sense of fulfilment
