Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
My experience on the JLR Graduate Scheme has been amazing. I get to choose various placements that align with my career goals and explore different areas of the business that I would never thought I would work in. JLR Graduate Scheme is well Structured and the Early career teams have been supportive in every step of the way.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Business Strategy and Analyst:
In my role, I focus on understanding market dynamics and customer needs to develop strategies that position each business unit as a leader. I analyse data to support informed decision-making, explore new opportunities, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet various requirements. Additionally, I support governance processes and continuously improve business strategies.
All Terrain Capabilities:
In ATC, I was apart of the attribute engineers team where I tested prototype vehicles virtually and physically. I also worked on a few process improvement tasks that will help the team in the long term future with testing.
