Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Overall, I enjoyed my placement. The people and teams are supportive and the atmosphere is welcoming.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed working on the reporting side. See the tangible difference you are making is incredibly rewarding. Depending on your area, you will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of projects with heavy encouragement to own a project for yourself.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Bringing fresh perspectives is very widely sought after, so any new ideas are always welcome. My experience with teams has been very positive. Most teams with JLR and specifically Commercial have great management.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

It's very good, compared to the industry average, JLR compensate well.

The 4 rotations each bring fresh experiences to learn and grow. This is a good aspect of the scheme as it helps some people understand what they like and don't like.
