Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a member of the Insights&Analytics team, I provide data support for operational optimisation and decision-making to internal teams such as Finance, Programming, and Marketing. This includes but is not limited to delivering overnights, weekly, and monthly reports, conducting analysis on different programs and channels, and addressing other ad-hoc requests. The role also involves exploring new projects, such as the establishment of a data lake.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I find the level of responsibility for this role is balanced, there’s no excessive pressure, yet I always have tasks to keep me occupied. I think it’s hard to get enough hands-on experience if you are given too few responsibilities. This role strikes a nice balance between these two aspects perfectly.

I think this part was handled really well. I had a roughly four weeks handover period, which made the whole process very smooth. My managers and colleagues were also incredibly lovely – they’d offer help and guidance either when I asked for it or proactively on their own.
