Experience & Company Culture
How is the support you receive?
How is your work-life balance?
Prioritising tasks: I use daily to-do lists and my calendar to stay organised and ensure urgent matters are dealt with promptly.
Setting boundaries: I try to stick to my contracted working hours and make my availability clear to colleagues.
Taking regular breaks: Short breaks throughout the day help me stay focused and avoid burnout.
Delegating where possible: If my workload becomes too much, I’m comfortable asking for support or delegating tasks.
Switching off after work: I make a conscious effort to disconnect from emails and work messages outside of office hours to recharge.
Overall, while the role can be demanding at times, these habits help me maintain a healthy balance between my professional responsibilities and my personal life.
