i manage a restaurant team of 14. i complete opening and closing tasks aswell as any financial needs the buisness has.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i have thoroughly enjoyed completing my level 4. It has been challenging for me which i enjoyed a lot. i have learnt different ways to improve how i manage at work and at home .

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes ive learnt to adapt my leadership accordingly. i have learnt how important time management is and that it is good to delagate. i now know the difference between quantative and qualtive feedback.

it was very well organised and the struture worked at my spped allowing me to still work full time.

i recieved full support from my team, my manager and my kitchen manager.

my tutor is the reason i have managed to finish this course. she has supported me with every single step. she ensured everything was understood and went over things i was unsure about . she made the effort to visit and work with me in person which made it easier for me. She also understood when i struggled and helped me find ways to figure it out. i dont think i would of completed it with any other tutor
