Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Getting on calls and understanding the product requirements, then beginning development on the projects. Daily stand up meetings presenting my progress and learning new tools that may be useful on the job.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A lot of responsibility in terms of being on impactful projects from the start with a good amount of guidance and feedback as to ensure it wasn't incomprehensible.

Very friendly, hands off, a lot of flexibility in working arrangements, a lot of new hires at the same time so there was a new cohort to belong to.
