Overall, how would you describe your experience at Samsung Electronics?
Overall, my role in the EO CRM Marketing team has been invaluable for my personal and professional development. I was given a great deal of responsibility within the team, managing CRM marketing campaigns end to end, across product divisions. I was also given the opportunity to work with other teams, such as operations and data, in order to expand my cross divisional knowledge.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
- Working with the data team to create a segmentation approach for campaigns.
