Good, however, needs more opportunities to work in different teams/roles. Not the job I thought I'd applied to.

drawings, report writing, admin for more senior staff

Benefits good, needs better pension benefits, no bonus until 2nd year, not enough salary to live in Cambridge.

Ok from senior staff on projects but in general line managers don't have time to support much.
How is your work-life balance?

If you start early you leave later than if you start mid morning. People seem to expect you to leave when they do at 5.30/6.

Applied for Civil engineer in water sector, theres multiple different departments in water, why do they limit you to one department?????? No idea thats what the job was I was applying for.
