How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Clarion make sure my learning dedicated hours are protected and uninterrupted so I can complete my course work, intime with my deadlines
They have a strong Apprenticeship network, where I can have direct contact with other apprentices within the business.
In work support - monthly 1-2-1s with my line manger and regular meetings with a Mentor
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot. I have quarterly reviews with a member of the apprenticeship team, just to make sure my learning provider is giving me all the help and recourses I need. I have monthly 1-2-1 reviews with my line manager, and unofficial daily catch ups about work and none work events.
Clarion has the Apprenticeship network and hosts 2 events each year for Apprentices to attend. This is to network, meet new Apprentices and have some fun away from a working environment.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly catchups with my tutor, who is available over email at any time. I wish they had a set grading criteria, but my tutor has been very receptive to working with me a little bit closer so i have the reassurance I need for my assessments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helps me understand the ins and outs of my roles. Teaching me in-depth about the laws and regulations around data management and expanding my understanding on data bases and how they work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Team bonding sessions - days out doing fun activities
External events for networking with contractors and companies we work along side - NSPCC volunteering program.
