My job role is a receptionist and I thoroughly enjoy my job, talking to customers and getting to know their needs.

I have developed my spelling as my autocorrect is not working, and I have to rely on previous knowledge for my punctuation.

Fairly organised, it’s easy to find someone to help you should you need it.

My line manager is quite helpful with any queries I have in regards to expanding my knowledge.

A fair amount, the door is always open should I need the assistance though I don’t always feel the need for it.
