As a summer analyst in internal audit, my role involves assessing risks, collecting and analyzing data, testing processes, documenting findings, and preparing reports. I collaborate with team members, stay updated with auditing standards, and handle ad-hoc tasks. This position offers a great opportunity to learn about business operations, develop analytical skills, and gain valuable auditing experience.

Yes, during my internship, I was given significant responsibility. I was involved in key projects, collaborated with team members and contributed to important tasks such as data analysis and project management. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop my skills and gain valuable insights into the internal audit process

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
During my internship, I received substantial support and guidance. I had regular weekly check-ins with my supervisor and other team members, which provided me with continuous feedback and direction. Additionally, I had a mid-internship review with my people manager, where we discussed my progress and areas for improvement. This consistent support helped me navigate my responsibilities effectively and grow professionally.
