Overall, how would you describe your experience at BlackRock?
BlackRock has continually invested in my development and learning as a Programme Analyst, prioritising value-add work. The culture both in my department and more broadly is always inclusive, and people are extremely giving with their time, from early careers employees up to senior staff. I feel well rewarded and acknowledged for the work I do, and the cohort-based hiring meant I immediately had a group of people I could rely on for support

Structured support systems with buddies etc, and the cohort hiring makes it easy to relate to and lean on other grads in the same position as me. My manager was patient, understanding and challenged me in a way that felt supportive

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BlackRock?
Prepare for the HireVue and interview by researching the firm or major news likely to affect their operations, and mention this. Be personable and friendly, show some personality and watch out for AI slop answers that arent personal to you. Make use of the opportunity to show off knowledge in the questions you ask!
