Overall, how would you describe your experience at BlackRock?
I’m really enjoying the graduate programme. It has been a great opportunity to learn, meet new people, and gain exposure to different parts of the business. I’ve been given lots of chances to develop my skills, take ownership of work, and build valuable relationships across the firm. The support from colleagues and the focus on development have made it a great experience, and I feel the programme provides strong opportunities for career growth and progression.
