Constant support and check-ins from all levels within the team. It was made very clear that team members (but particularly buddies and line managers) were also readily available to support if anything did arise

Really enjoyed and valued the experience. It has given me a great insight into the world of RSM. It has expanded my network and given me great skills and experiences which will be invaluable as I work towards my career.

Would you recommend RSM to a friend?
Yes
What advice would you give to others applying to RSM
Be confident and personable. Do not be put off if you do not study economics or finance etc, this really isn't the be all and end all. The main thing they want is someone who can positively represent the company, and someone who would easily work alongside others.
