Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working directly with secondary school students to build confidence, improve behavior, and foster a positive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one and small group mentoring to support both academic and personal development. Assisting with in-class support and activities to ensure students stay engaged and motivated.
Facilitating extracurricular programs, including breakfast, lunch, and after school clubs. Participating in City Year’s
Leadership Development Programme to develop essential leadership and professional skills. Aiming to inspire and empower students to overcome barriers and thrive academically and personally.
