As an Operations Intern, I support the daily operational activities across various areas of the organization. My role involves analysing data and creating performance reports to track key metrics and identify trends. I assist with workflow documentation and process improvement initiatives while coordinating between departments. I support ongoing operational projects, help implement new procedures, and maintain operational databases. Working closely with the operations team, I assist in scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and following up on action items.
