Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage a team who facilitate work experience, T-Level and supported intern placements. Community enagement events at schools and colleges to inform students about career pathways.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed attendance at strategic meetings. Being the chair for the WEX & T-Level working group for BSOL and working collaboratively with regional NHS Trusts.

Through my apprenticeship I have learnt a more strategic way of delivering aspects of my role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme was structured okay, learning was all done online.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager was 100% supported and ensured I had one day a week for study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Little to none support, but once they changed my University mentor that support changed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped with the management side of working within the NHS.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I attend lots of professional networking events as part of my role. I do not partake in any social activites due to preference, but the Trust offers plenty for staff to be involved with.
