Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Assist with research and due diligence tasks. Complete pro-bono projects. Attend various meetings, hearings, and telephone conferences regarding ongoing matters.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
While I mostly assisted with ongoing legal matters, I was given a great deal of responsibility in doing pro bono work on my own. Moreover, the firm strongly encourages you to raise your hand and take on work that interests you.

During my placement I have refined my document review skills, particularly in relation to corporate transactional documents such as SPAs and deeds.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone is very friendly and approachable, including senior members of the firm. It was a very enjoyable place to work and while the culture is relaxed, people are very ambitious which I found to be a great motivator.
